agreed danny. Thing is though that the agitation trial is a really small study group. Obviously a successful trial will move the price I just don't think by that much. For the price to move I think they need to partner 210 - if they want to remain as Bionomics. I think (my opinion) is that the language from the company has changed recently and with De Souza's very temporary contract agreement it will probably all be sold. Also note that they didn't end up presenting the new compounds - this is typical of a company being mothballed for sale.

Current market cap it does not make sense for Merck to make any more milestone payments to the company.
