I contemplated at 39.5 on that 1st test weeks ago then another opportunity last week but the charts is just showing it is stuck in congestion. 42C upwards is where I see price struggling BUT with the crude sell off for technical as well as fundamental reasons, I can see $42 handle coming into play!
COE has performed VERY WELL accordingly as its peers are falling off the cliff.
