I'd really like to know what influence the SA government had in the court decision. I have a feeling it was a lot as SA wants to build a nuclear industry and NB is just the man they need. Of course we will never know!
Still can't understand how H were allowed to stockpile with the aim of sending AGS broke. If the courts couldn't see how unethical that was there was no hope for us!
I know now that as soon as a company goes to court, get out quick.
