Looks like Frontier will be sucking money out of this company so they ( Frontier) can play drill the well..

Bio had to throw $750K on the table so they can keep 50% interest.

Otherwise it would have been diluted..

If I remember correctly Frontier are up for 2 payments for SC55 interest each $3.5MM, plus 5% drill costs another $4MM

Phew that's gunn a cost Bio a shipload..

The only deal Bio should have taken was 100% of Frontier Gasfileds..
