When NTU's Definite Fantasy Study failed miserably, predicated on ridiculous prices the Board had too options, park the fantasy and go back to exploring for a higher grade resource that might be viable, or go the Conglin Yue and just pretend, with a bucket load of RMB.
They've been pretending ever since, floating just on a river of RMB.
