The only capital raising happening here is this thread.  Why don't people get it yet? They have a controlled placement facility setup, its way back in announcements but its there, its even been paid for to set it up.  We don't even need money at this point, maybe we had a run based on leaked data from Arial fly overs?   Of course I could be wrong but seems strange to raise when they can drill without doing so.  Especially when they can then use facility to raise funds ie not cornered.   Peter S is a smart operator, he doesn't even waste his time to reply to my txts haha
