Hi @bowerman., What controlled placement facility are you refering to??
Personally, i can see a CR coming any day now.This has been on my mind ever since a very large holder dumped their holding @.006 on 6/12/2018., From memory, that was a ingle sell of almost 8 million shares.
IMO i would bet a CR is just around the corner, my bet we will see a CR announcement by early next week.
Just my opinion looking at our balance sheet.
