Maybe we should re visit the 20 to 1 ratio we are receiving post consolidation if we are coming back to our share holders and our market. The whole idea of the consolidation was that we would not be asked and they would raise the money hence why they got the better end of the consolidation rate, if the tables have now turned then so should the consolidation rates! If we get a vote I will now be voting the merger down and also putting forward a s249D to remove DC if the merger does not go forward.

They can’t just keep f ing us like this, we still have Spain and we still have a portion of Uruguay. More than happy to wait for our patners to get those projects underway while we sit back with no DC and no merger and no consolidation rip off!
