One thing I really like about NEA. Besides the fact this capital raise will give me the chance to re-enter. They have a knack of raising at the top. Not when they need the funds but when they can get good terms and have a strong balance sheet providing great opportunities. In my experience most companies wait until the balance sheet is terrible they are running low on cash and the share price is depreciating because everyone knows a raising is coming. Then they dilute everyone to hell. The only gripe would be they didn't offer to retail. But I have never seen a raising where it didn't fall back to the raising price on market anyway.
