There's two significant periods in the last couple of years that are quite hard to account for.

First is the selloff of most of the old Pacific Environment consulting arm (I believe like ~50 people and several premise). The second is the purchase of Odournet (and I believe the acquisition of ~20 staff).

At the time they said there were significant one off costs associated with each of these activities, but they've never given a detailed breakdown of these associated costs... which I honestly believe probably leads to a bit of mistrust as the balance sheet for the last ~3 years is very difficult to interpret accurately.
