Capital Raising

I am disappointed that management have decided to do a capital raising while the share price is so low and thus diluting the total share count had it been done in more favourable times
From what I have read in their latest presentation, there was still enough money in the till to carry on for a while regardless of any monies that may be forth coming from the Government. I was counting on more drilling and positive results (hopefully) with the drill bit which should cause the stock price upwards. And that would be the time to do a capital raising, I would have thought.
Perhaps management want to speed up the drilling process. At least they haven't offered any more options for anyone taking up extra shares.
I will have another look at the presentation to see if I have missed something.
