But OIL are not exactly in the best bargaining position at the moment.
I would be surprised if sophs would pay 2.5c. They would know they are in a position of strength based on the performance of previous CR's
Also, that would be a pretty tiny rights issue for the balance, hardly worth the paperwork.
Why would they not just do a SPP
