thanks for passing on the info. yep agree with you re the enhanced value that exists when the company is not about to go broke. it is also worth considering that very few shares have changed hands at 2c and anyone interested in the company would have to pay far more than 2.5c to get 1.5m worth if they were buying them on market. still a pretty good effort by the chairman/board/ceo to talk the interested parties into paying well above the last traded price.

what I hope we see in the cap raising announcement: 1. firm timelines for the zeiss thingo which has taken forever to get finished. 2. some info on projected sales and or sales of the cellive.

for me 1. is much more important than 2. I am also not that fussed about other blue sky opportunities they might start talking about, unless they are blue sky opportunities with very short development timeframes that don't require much expenditure. In fact, I would rather they didn't start crapping on about other blue sky stuff. Let's just get some sales for the cellive and lets get the zeiss thing happening before we start diverting resources into other stuff. Let's get some money coming into the business, lets see OIL become self sustaining.

one danger of a new board is they havent felt the pain of the years and years of delays and might therefore get carried away with the numerous blue sky possibilities for the company and take their eyes off the ball - the ball of finish the zeiss thingo and get it to market and then hopefully lots and lots of sales.
