I don't see Crescent as amazing either. I am looking for improvements in the result following restructuring maybe an outcome on Caminosca.
I hope it's not wrongsizing, nice call that one. Until the restructuring is complete I agree with the decision not to have a CEO as hatchetmen are generally hated by everyone. Crescent is not really incentivised to pay a dividend or give guidance.
I reckon they would have tried a buyback earlier but too many of us cottoned on their little game and drove the price up.
As to selling now to buy back shares later, would be nice to have a crystal ball on results but I don't. I think the business is still attractively priced on a through the cycle 70m NPAT, about halfway there.
I focus on what the business is worth not what the shareprice may do and I would advocate this approach.
