    My view is that they will meet half year budget targets. You have to consider a couple of issues around this. Firstly the budget was reset off the back of some pretty horrible results so its a soft 6 month budget and by no means a stretch target. The second half of this year will be a major challenge. There is a tidal wave coming from the property sector with new apartment and housing approvals dropping off a cliff. Employment is also softening in NSW and Victoria, which is alarming. CDD gets about 1/3 of its revenue from the property sector. DYOR but my view is the current SP may go a little higher at half year but its all downhill from there. I just sold out as I managed to get my money back and am happy with that. Could have been a lot worse. $1.89 you bet to hold on for 3 years for that. This is a sector that is consolidating rapidly and I wont discount buying in again when the SP softens to around 80 Cents. Just my view.
