Up to you blackcap but I reckon you should buy or sell based on what you think the business is worth rather than what you think the shareprice may do.
Incidentally on the kiwi forum I think people are seriously underestimating the potential benefits of the scour merger for Cavalier.
Even just $500,000 of legal costs per annum reduction with the end to litigation would be significant, probably worth 10c a share but the commerce commission decision also hinted at around $1.5m in cost reductions and increases to Godfrey Hirst.
Not to mention that the land under the Kaputone scour has been zoned TC1 in Christchurch probably on the books at cost from back in the day. I dunno there just some wishful thinking as I don't have the subsidiaries accounts.

No news from me awaiting results and still holding my remaining 100,000 shares @58c tight for the long term. Expecting more restructuring costs in this forthcoming half year result announcement as foreshadowed by the company and hopefully slow and steady recovery besides that.
