I agree the shareprice seems to have run ahead of the recovery but I will hang on for the long term. Point taken that it is dependant on housing, I am keeping it in mind. Not into trading-if I was I would take a little profit but I reckon I would be shortchanging myself in the long run.
The shares are back to close to what Crescent paid I personally still think they made a shrewd deal. It's a great advantage being able to hold long term.
I just need to tune out a bit.
