Not that we should care, the stock doesn't know how much you paid.
It's Crescents business not mine, I don't care if they lose or make money just like they don't give a stuff about me.
My dirty calculation is, first $2.5 per share 20% then $3.45 per share 20%.
Then capital raising they scooped out the punters at $1 then 40c (as did I - only difference I said what I was doing) to increase by 25% each time right?
Then they took some underwriting fees.
At $3 the business was $450m so assume they paid $225, roughly half the raising is 70m plus another 10% say 30m at 60c per share.
Ballpark $325m is the $1.3 per share I came to.
Super rough but I don't give many ducks about how much Crescent paid. I think I underestimated they got 43% in the offer at $3.45 so I bet the AFR is right at $1.44.
It was a prisoner's dilemma selling into that.
