I think the action is just a partial reversion to a balanced view of CDD's prospects. Might be helped by recognising the low risk in the balance sheet now, after the recent divestment.
I can't say I feel any surprise at all that it is rallying, but I was surprised at how low the SP went, but not so surprised that I didn't keep buying on the way down fortunately.
