If you want to see a better performing company and a test of Management Quality I'd like to know what part of the November 2016 Strategic Review has been implemented. I would expect they are well on the way to full implementation which would give me great confidence. So my questions are as follows. Hopefully some light on this at AGM.

Finish Optimization - Right Size? Has group utilization increased to match other competitors?
Optimize Cost Structure? $20 Million in savings from restructuring back office - should translate into $20 Million additional profitability
Improve Margins - Has the US returned to profitability no more impairments
Improved EPS and consolidated operations in the US?
OK they used our Shareholder Money to Pay down debt?

Is the US going to return to decent profitability in 2016/17?
Lower Cost Model in India? Is there a lower cost model 20% Back Office and 10% Engineering $15 to $25 Million.

In Germany we are very into the detail here and I have so far lost a lot of money on this stock. I thought the Strategic Review was solid and a good document.

I'm also interested on the action plan for 2017 what are the key activities? Hopefully no further write-downs.
