Lenny, it gets worse..............I've just noticed that 2 of the directors who did not hold any converting preference shares in the previous hybrid instrument (and accordingly under the stated allocation policy would have received a zero allocation of bonds) managed to jag an allocation of $50000 and $100,000 for themselves!
And both of them hold less shares that me!!
Anyhow having said that this company is cheap and seriously under-valued by the market..................but until these guys demonstrate a clear shareholder bias, it will remain cheap and under-valued.
