What is the incentive for owners to sell their plantations to TFS rather than wait till harvest and sell them on the market? Won't TFS have to offer a price with a narrow profit margin for plantations due to be harvested this year and over the next 2 years? I just don't get why as an owner you would wait patiently for 15 years for the trees to mature then sell at the last minute at a reduced profit.
