    I think there are some risks for TFC/shareholders here and that is the quality of stock they're buying. If TFC are buying then the MIS owner is selling and probably thinks they're getting a good or at least worthwhile deal.

    One only hopes they're not buying farms that are turning out to be disasters. It would be really good to see some figures on what they're purchasing.
