I don't think the MIS owners are distressed, as far as I know it's TFC approaching the MIS owners to buy them out and at what may seem like a discounted rate, if it was so attractive for them to buy out the MIS then perhaps the MIS growers are not getting the return they deserve. On the other hand and as a MIS poster indicated on here recently, there are some MIS that have more mortality than desired so perhaps it's a bit deeper than we know.
The last announcement sent the SP rapidly north in 1 day. A 10 fold increase in harvest, pre sale of products and all really good news.
I am also eagerly awaiting more info as I understood the company was is an excellent position and everything was on the up according to the announcements a few weeks ago. I would have thought the CR would have been under consideration at the time of the last announcement.
Hard to know haw the market will react. Suppose we will see on Monday.
