its all about the valuation placed on the plantations and who is actually selling and why? we cannot really know if it is a good deal but we can make suspicions about it being a very good deal as management are in the best place to know the real value of the plantations.....the information we would be needing would be to ask what IRR and what assumptions they are buying these plantations?
Are if it is such a good deal why are the plantation owners selling? what is in it for them?
