According to terms sent to fund managers on Thursday morning, Canaccord and Moelis were seeking to place 68.7 million shares at $1.55 each.
The offer was priced at an 8 per cent discount to the last close and a 9.6 per cent discount to the 15-day volume weighted average price.

Funds raised were to increase direct ownership of plantations ($52.7 million) and general working capital.
The brokers were seeking bids by 3pm on Thursday.
