Porthos, I understand your grief. However, it seems that HAZ has no choice but to go down the path it did this time. The working capital facility of $4m will only be granted by Siderian subject to HAZ can raise no less than $1.5m else where. To go to ordinary retail investors for another $1.5m will add more admin cost and no guarantee. Remember in the last SPP back in Dec 2013, only 140 shareholders took up the offer and HAZ was well short of the $2m it needed to raise. They cannot take the same risk this time. So, Hartleys seems to have firmly raised the $1.5m through its clients for them. Did you take up the last SPP at 3.8 cents? Well, good luck to all long term investors.
