Why isn't that person there as an employee any longer??
I know of plenty of people that bag their previous employer after they had resigned because it didn't fit into their perfect employment scenario while at the same time that company went on to greatness.
Best to have a think about it a little further before posting silly derogatory comments towards director's if I were you.
