I think we can move beyond 'teething problems' and admit that the plant design was completely ballsed up. It's not only cathartic to admit and take responsibility for mistakes it helps with moving forward with a more accurate perspective.
The Ball Mill is now mission critical. Considering they've had issues every step of the way I'm guessing that a lot of investors (me included) are not prepared to assume all goes according to plan, as nothing else has.
As you say production is everything but they are still only acheiving around 50% or target production, everything now hinges on the ball mill. I think that's a big ask.
