mjs, re-reading my post it seems excessively negative - but it was purely in response to aimone's post that they wouldn't need to raise capital because it was producing income. Income alone does not a company make.
With regard to the production issues, about 18 months ago I was shouted down for daring to suggest that the company would not be at full production capacity by March 2012, as forecast, because there are ALWAYS production issues. It was pointed out to me that this was a production unit, straight out of the box, and would work perfectly immediately. That the company had addressed all the metallurgical problems, etc. etc.
We won't know how effective the ball mill will be until the third quarter at least. I'm sure they won't wait until October 31st to report the success, if it does work well, though! Then, all this will cost more in running costs and maintenance.
