BNR are giving loyal shareholders a chance to "get in" late at a reasonable price.
I imagine the SPP will most likely be undersubscribed due to "conservative" nature of Spec punters and the current market, but when the "sophistocated" investors and management jump in to take up the shortfall, no one will be able to say they weren't given a chance to be involved" !!
The only possible spanner in the works at this stage might be a decline in the the POG below $1600 which currently looks unlikely.
