A statement was made that they were not raising any new capital with the Toronto listing.
The brokers from Canada already did a $2M raid on the market here and will probably trade those initially. I would anticipate a capital raising at higher prices after the Toronto listing and some drilling results from San Gerardo - but at considerably higher prices than 16 cents.
