Modandm, I would suggest some further research into their business operations and expertise. Although they are in the crowded rental market, their level of specialisation and product really has them in a niche market, one which they should be able to extract good revenue at better margins than the regular hire companies. They wont want to compete with RQL head to head as its too labour and engineering intensive. With environmental concerns increasing by the day and old workings coming back into production, I'll certainly be stumping up for my full allocation.
