I have missed all the action today. Isn't it beautiful? I wonder where Santos is? ( As a few have already remarked.}I have always thought that ITC would go for about 15 cents but I did say in a recent post that Eddie might let it go for 13 cents with a cash and scrip offer from VPE.8.25 cents? You have to be joking. Eddie is smarter than that.

This low ball offer from Beach is just what Eddie wanted to get the ball rolling. VPE, as you rightly say, were hoping for a delay so that they could get their sp up following imminent news on PL171. But Beach have got in early. And VPE were aware of it so they took a blocking stake. And now Beach have tried to outsmart them with a so called merger. What a laugh.

And now we see that VPE have raised an extra $26 million just like that. I know what I would do with $26 million. Buy 300 million ITC and prevent this 'merger' proceeding.
VPE and ITC are well aware of the potential of this oil fairway.

This game has only just started. And Sandys you will note that Sentient Group have increased their shareholding in VPE. These guys are long term shareholders and know exactly what VPE is worth.

I will miss all the action tomorrow too. Volunteered to drive a truck upgrading our golf club fairways. All the above is jmho. Good luck all. ps Don't sell your ITC.
