Shareholders are a many varied bunch and if anyone did not expect some people to sell down to then take up rights they have not been around many raisings.
I could give you a list as long as your arm at the moment as it appears that just about everyone wants to do a raising at the moment.

Alternately if it is only 1 seller as you suggest then it is only one mind that has to change... or to run out of stock to sell...

With drilling starting tomorrow some volume will be soaked up as nothing seems to get people excited like a hole being drilled.
