I agree that has been my worry of this company since they announced sale of TZ and then cap raising to private sophisticated investors and Ted Ellyard's IPO of Peak Oil.

Lets just hope with WA they do find something because if they don't then there is NO way they are going to raise capital in future.

With regards Ted Ellyard's new IPO of Peak Oil what a conflict of Interest why not look after KEY shareholders instead og going to do another energy float. Why not bring big investors into KEY assets of Peak Oil why where they not brought into KEY? WHy did he so easily step off the board. Why is KEY's current staff all from Hardman Resources which is Ted's old staff from Hardman Days.

Things are not looking good and Dennis/Shepard and Ken better pull there fingers out as this is turning very sour.
