Pursuit Capital got the first private placement 2 months ago for a steal and now they are the lead manager. Guess where all the short fall of shares will go too.....you guess it Pursuit Capital...
We are being sized up for heavy dilution due to miss management by the board and they are strategically doing this perfectly and Pursuit Capital will catch all of the falling apples for their clients.
