Project fully funded, and then not so.
Just as well we are in the strong season for gold, or we would go back to 45 cents in pretty quick time.
About 14% extra shares to be issued - so to avoid dilution we need to take up the 15% extra shares in the rights issue.
There must be a solid reason why Mark Bojanjac steped down as CEO. We had a capital raising earlier this year, and now this comes out of the blue.
The share price is holding up well for the time being, and there seems to be good institutional support.
Did anyone have any warning of their need for more funds?
