Currently 18 million unlisted options outstanding with a face value of $3,185,000 upon conversion. At this end of town, directors ALWAYS look after themselves first. Who's gonna argue with them? Certainly not us lowly shareholders LOL.
I've been watching JRV for about 18 months now and of all the Aussie cobalt hopefuls, I reckon JRV has probably got the best management team and one of the better capital structures. Perhaps we don't have the best core project in NiCo Young, but opportunities like eCobalt and Kabanga certainly make things interesting.
