The tiny sales of 70 to 300 shares is a bot looking to shake out supply from weak hands. Possible sign of someone accumulating stock before a rerate. There doesn't appear to be many genuine sellers around though hence the low volume. I think it'll soon run into the 40s.
Unless they're considering an acquisition or another investment like eCobalt, there's no need to raise for working capital with approx $18m in liquid assets.
