One day someone will write a book about how corporate management can destroy companies. It will be titled "The Downer Story".

All this money raised in the CR will go straight to the lawyers at Slater & Gordon. Personally, I never understood investors suing the company they own. The share market should be 100% caveat emptor. Sure, sue the directors if they lie, but not the company. Make the directors pay, not the shareholders.

I have watched Downer destroy itself on a three month cycle going back years. Enough is enough. It needs a shareholders' revolt.
