Had $1.4 million in the kitty at 31 Dec, 2011, and spending $1.4 million per quarter on exploration. Now half way through the quarter so may have $700K or less left.
Good to have seen a share price rise over the last month, so the capital raising may be at a reasonable price, possibly 25 cents to sophisticated investors, institutions, and directors?
Which brokerage will be handling it? Will there be a rights issue for holders?
