binbin, you have a good illustration there. The fact that the capital raising is to increase the value of the comapny, it is a good thing. I also agree that it has a dilutory effect. Most of the small exploration companies have these issues, as soon as they were able to find some good leases, their money run out for production, they have to ask for money to continue what they are doing.DYOR/IMHO
