Oh good, the board needs their pay checks, not surprised given that they haven't been big career earners,nice to see no other info (some bullets as to what the capital raise is for would be nice). If I recall the latest Board member has been very vocal on companies that raise with limited purpose. Hopefully he is able to point that blunt tool he used to wield and critique ASX companies with on the long tail at TIS now.
