Has NRR published a schedule yet for this Alcidion acquisition? AGM on 21/12 for holders to vote and approve. I assume the shares will stop trading for 1 or 2 weeks to complete the process and relisted with the new name in early January.
Will the sp drop to cr price between now and the AGM?
