I would expect their cash burn to be right down this quarter - all the hard work in getting the submission complete has been done. However, if there was a cap raise in January, I would take this as an indicator of low confidence in the approval going through. Who knows. But you are right - it's a tight race between the cash on hand and the receipt of approval!
