Those taking up their allocation are investors who don't need convincing that this is a good company. Some may sell of a few to recouped some cash but I think most will be hanging on to the shares the get. Why sell if you stand to get a good return on your SPP investment in the medium to longer term. In a tightly held register there is not much room for speculators.
