The base has been building since April 2016, I think a fair bit of volume has gone through in the last 2+ years. 

As has been mentioned, lots of smaller holders, would be nice if their shares were cleaned up off the register. 

Reality is, until market gets an update that continues the positive trend and surprises a little to the upside somewhere (guidance or dividend), the trend might continue sputtering along. 

Will be watching the AGM closely.
