I think ASX listed companies should have a regular obligation to manage unmarketable parcels, like a yearly clean up as part of their listing requirements, so agree that this would make sense for Hills.
I don't agree with the SPP suggestion, Hills paid down over $3m of debt last half and I can only see that increasing this half. With gearing levels quite low, I don't see why you would burn so much cash with an SPP (they are expensive to run / raise). Keep management focused on selling and use the free cash flow to pay down debt.
