It was interesting to read Spicers AGM statement. Their unmarketable parcel facility has reduced the number of shareholders from 35,000 to under 5000. They regard that as a good thing - buying below NAV, reduced costs, less drip feed of stock.
Our board seems to take a more relaxed view.
